EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION
The exclusive terms are possible in a region if the following terms are implemented:
- Work with full pricelist assortment
- Any direct competitor’s offerings should not be submitted in business portfolio of the distributor
- Formal reporting support.
EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION REQUIREMENTS
- Exclusive terms are extended to the sales territory specified in the agreement
- Exclusive terms are not extended to the large manufacturers of category A
- Exceptions are possible on the exclusive sales channels and product groups
- The right for exclusive distribution is signed up for a quarter and could be prolonged by the additional agreement on condition of implementation of special purpose sales volumes.
