The products of company «World of Ingredients» are certificated according to the standards of DSTU 4497: 2005 «Natural honey» and correspond to Directive of ЕU about honey № 2001/110/ЕC of 20.12.2001.

Our company cooperates with external laboratories to control the quality of the products:

  • SCIVP (State Scientific-Research Control Institute of Veterinary Medicinal Products and Feed Additives (Lviv, Ukraine));
  • Quality Services International GmbH (Bremen, Germany);
  • Eurofins GeneScan GmbH (Freiburg, Germany);
  • Intertek Food Services GmbH (Bremen, Germany).

Poly-blossom honey of “World of Ingredients” corresponds to the next quality standards:

  • Moisture content – max 18%;
  • Diastase activity – not less than 15 Shade units;
  • HMF content (hydroxymethylfurfural) – max 10 mg/kg;
  • Acidity – not more than 40 Mol/kg;
  • Sucrose content – max 5%;
  • Without bits and pieces of antibiotics and synthetic substances of antibiotic action;
  • Without bits and pieces of veterinary preparations for bees;
  • Without bits and pieces of pesticides, radionuclides and heavy metals;
  • Proline — min 300 mg/kg;
  • Unadulterated, without the signs of fermentation, without mechanical admixtures.
